We upgraded the logic concerning exports and imports done with EEXAR, no need anymore to use CSV format. The system now supports XLS format, which brings more convenience to imports as we now provide generated templates specifically for your domain configuration as well as automatic checking of your file to detect any wrong entry.
Moreover, using XLS files also enabled us to add the possibility of having the Products pictures inside the export, more about it here.
